Breakfast and Lunch

Altura Preparatory School students are welcome to bring lunch from home or to eat lunch at school. If sending a lunch to school with your child, please pack lunch items that are ready to eat and do not require heating. School meals will be "grab and go" style to ensure safe food preparation and a safe eating environment. 
 
Please note that for the 2024-25 School Year, Altura Prep requires families to complete School Nutrition Applications to determine eligibility for Free or Reduced Price Lunch and other state and federal reporting requirements.

Please download and complete the documents below. For a hard copy, please contact the school office at 505-539-5369. You may email completed forms to the school, or you may deliver them in person between 8:00 am and 3:15 pm beginning August 1. 

Notice of Non-Discrimination

To file a program discrimination complaint, a Complainant should complete a Form AD-3027, USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form which can be obtained online at: https://www.usda.gov/sites/default/files/documents/USDA-OASCR%20P-Complaint-Form-0508-0002-508-11-28-17Fax2Mail.pdf, from any USDA office, by calling (866) 632-9992, or by writing a letter addressed to USDA. The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
